Admin areas capabilities
   
 

The Administration area is the section that makes it all easy for you to use and makes the difference between a good system and a poor system.

Allsopp's administration areas cover almost all the aspects of your store and site in an easy to use way

Allsopp provide the following features.

  Product admin
 


This section is all to do with products - the images used, descriptions, prices, sale prices, whether items are on sale or not and so on.

  Stock control
 
The stock control system is fully linked into the whole of the store system - i.e. a customer purchase an item, one is takes from the stock and so on - Manual adjustments are catered for and unlike many competing systems, returns and exchanges are fully catered for too.

  Sales Admin
 
This section is dedicated to sales you have made. You can see various breakdowns of sales over different periods, outstanding orders and so on and can view and manage orders from here. You can aslo print invoices, packing notes, delivery notes and so on from this section

  Generate picking lists
 
You can generate picking lists which assist you when your store gets busy. These printable lists are based on certain criteria - e.g. Pick all orders for today or this week etc, pic by status and so on.

  Barcode Scanning
 
All the invoices and other printable documentation are assigned barcodes, so if you wish, you can fully automate the processing of orders without having to tick boxes and so on. The barcode system is integrated throughout the Admin site.

  Store Preferences
 
All of your store's preferences are available for editing in one place. From the name of your store, through to the selection of shipping charges and the countries you are willing to deliver to are available for editing here.

  Purchase orders
 
You can automate all of your purchase orders from the admin area. This means you can raise a PO, send it off, and when the order is fulfilled, simply tick the check box and the goods can be automatically added to your store.

  Reporting
 
Your administration area can provide full reporting for your accounts team to use and store. The reports are extremely detailed and cover all of your store's orders.

  Management of Email addresses
 
The admin area will automatically collect email addresses of your customers so that you can send out bulk emails to all your customers. e.g. you are having a sale soon - bulk email all of your customers and let them know.
